I moved recently and gave away most of my plants with the exception of one potted and the rest rooting in water. The dieffenbachia took a loooongg time to establish and i couldnât let it go. Plus, it seems to love its new home. In the larger glass I have 3 different plants rooting in it; several pothos cuttings, 1 monstera adonsonii cutting and an agleonema stalk that lost all its leaves and looked as if itâd died. Itâs doing better now with a couple of new shoots and a third shoot pushing out new growth thatâs producing a new leaf. The other two vessels are just pothos. One of the shot glasses has a couple tradescantia zabrina cuttings. The other shares two different plants; one pothos cutting and 2 to 3 heart leaf philodendron cuttings. I donât know when Iâll pot most of them up but I know I will eventually. Soon after, Iâll make new cuttings again once theyâve all matured. I canât wait to see where itâll go from here and what new plants Iâll add to my collection. ********** I do need advice for my dieffenbachia tho. Theyâre a fickle plant as is and it took me a while to figure out what it likes. Itâs getting really top heavy and Iâm scared to chop and prop for fear itâll die. And then Iâm also worried that itâll fall over again and die. Any suggestions that would work best??
