What kind of lighting is it getting? Are you using distilled, RO or Rain water?

She is pretty close to my window… I have just been giving her regular water lately

If using regular water make sure it’s distilled as carnivorous plants can’t tolerate water with certain minerals.

If its a south window with lots of bright light for 10+ hrs a day that should be fine. The only issue would be if it's drafty and you've got a tropical pitcher. And if by 'regular' you mean tap water, that can kill a lot of carnivorous plants. They cannot process the excess chemicals and dissolved minerals in it.
