How do any of you use sage in your cooking? I am growing two plants but I have no idea what to do with them! :)

    Sage is great especially in Italian and French cuisines. Add it to a brown butter sauce for a pasta dish, add to a pork or lamb roast to extract all the oils out, or fry it as a topping. I’m sure there are other ways, to use it but hope that helps! :)

      You say that and it makes me curious how my mom might use it in Haitian cuisine, especially since she’s open to growing countertop plants…📝🤔

    Homemade breakfast sausage patties, cornbread dressing, chicken dishes, pork dishes.

    Yum! yes fry up in a high heat oil. The sage will create a lovely oil to use when cooking or dipping bread in.

    I use it to create poultry seasoning quite a bit
