How do I take care of this plant

KrissyI trim the flowers at the base once they die and that’s about it! Oh and rotate it every few days

Exactly, you don't have to do anything to it until after it's bloomed. At that point you can either throw it away or peel the wax off and plant it. There are some other steps to get it to rebloom but for now just enjoy.

Bebe🌵🤍Nothing you can literally leave it like that lol Added reference pictures but they look nice potted and prefer to be somewhat root bound so smaller pots are fine. Cut the dead flower stems (you can cut the leaves, too. A lot of people keep the leaves for energy source), peel that outer wax off, and plant in a pot with most of the bulb exposed and treat like a regular houseplant
