I got 10 new plants this evening. Just finished doing a check up on all of them. Most of them got watered, some of them were just sitting in a pool of water. At least two of them need a repot. Tomorrow I need to take the dracaena lemon lime out of its pot and break it down and do a more thorough look. It sat in the most water. It’s as heavy as a house and the soils has a smell to it that’s most likely root rot. The plant doesn’t look bad though. Hopefully it’s fixable. Pic of the lemon lime. Look at that water line. I have it on paper towels over night. Along with a couple others.

If you think it is way too wet, take it out of the pot and just let it sit out to help dry even faster.

I thought about that, but that plant feels like I’m holding 10 cinder blocks. I’m not sure what kind of soil that is, but it feels like wet concrete

It almost looks like there are TWO Lemon Limes in that one pot??? Also, after I water or fertilize, I have my plants drain in the sink, and then I transfer them to a heavy towel to finish draining. That works quite well, because the towel actually pulls excess water from my plants soil. You might want to try that, but be sure to transplant Mr. Lemon Lime into a much better draining soil. Good luck!

There actually were 2 plants in there. I ALMOSTTTT separated them but liked the fullness of them together. Maybe on the next go around lol

I really do love this plant! It is so pretty with its variegation, and I would love to have one just like yours. Can you tell me why the leaves appear to be somewhat curly? I have had a similar plant, but the leaves were quite straight, not curly like yours. TIA!

No idea. There were quite a few of these at the store. They all looked very similar.
