What are your tips of keeping an orchid alive and thriving???
1 j'aimeOmG! You just reminded me! Happiness Garden in YT! I just subbed to his channel! Tell me what you think about it, if you search it! I ended up going out and buying one! đ€Ł

Honestly Iâve had multiple and this is the only one thatâs thrived. Itâs an East/south corner window but my porch is right there too so lots of sun, but indirect. Chopping flower stems and dried up roots. Spritzing the leaves with humidity when Planta tells me, and when I water, I leave it soaking not just an âice cubeâ here or there. If the leaves get wrinkly, they need water and making sure roots dry out before watering again. Youâll get it; I canât say how happy I was when this one started to grow new leaves, I was in shock đđ

Also taking it out of store pots; the medium is not long term orchid friendly. It needs an airy mix that allows the roots to dry out
1 j'aimeThe flowers on the SOP smell divine - vanilla cinnamon!

This is my first one, Iâve had it for over six months now. I definitely let mine dry out because itâs basically a succulent, and it gets lots of sunlight being in a corner window
