Any advice on peace lily plants? I’ve been having mine for almost a year now she’s been growing but I’ve noticed browning on the tips of the leaves. There’s little one growing and unfolding leaves so I thought she was fine until I noticed that :(

Looks great. Much better than my attempts with them.
2 likesIt’s been a journey to figure her out but she’s my first plant I ever got so I’ve tried figuring out the in and outs and still after a year I’m struggling :/
0 likesWell you are doing well!
0 likesIt looks like it could use a bit bigger of a pot. Usually the pot should be about an inch or a half an inch bigger than the root ball or the previous pot but I’ve also noticed that if the pot is a bit bigger than the plant they don’t typically tend to mind. I’ve had mine for a little over a year now and it’s been doing great with a bigger pot
1 likeI will for sure repot it then! Thank you so much 🫶🏻
1 likeIf the browning is limited to the very pointy tip, I’m inclined to think it’s a humidity issue. Nothing hugely concerning, it can be difficult to maintain the high humidity some of these plants like.
2 likesYes! It’s been such a journey with my peace lily trying to figure her out
1 likeI converted mine to hydroponic and it took a little while to adjust but I’m not getting brown tips anymore. I’ve heard some people have good luck with semi hydro or self watering pots!
1 likeI also never give my lily tap water. Only distilled or rain and that has helped a ton
2 likesI will try to convert and see how lucky I am ! Thank you for your advice! 🫶🏻
0 likesIt took a little while for mine and ended up cutting back a lot of the old foliage but she’s growing like crazy now. If you do convert it I hope it goes will!
1 likeThanks for that tip!
