My Peperomia has some flowers spikes! I’ve been struggling to keep this one happy so I’m taking this as a good sign 🙌🏻 the leaf colors w/o the light are so cool

I’m also having a hard time keeping mine happy! I put it in a shadier spot and it seems to be better

Congrats! I’ve found the caperata variety of peperomias do great in north-facing windowsills. I line mine up against the windowsill so they’re still getting enough light. I found that even with an east or west-facing window, that the leaves would lighten from too much sun, so don’t be scared to put her somewhere shadier 😊 (you can move it within 1 ft of an east/west-facing window in the late fall and winter seasons if your north-facing windows really lose their light around that time) and a little pro tip: the flowers naturally die off after a while and will literally detach themselves, so don’t be scared if you find one lying on the leaves or on the floor. It’s not a sign of poor health! Just a natural cycle with their flowers 🌸 if you find you don’t care for the flowers after a while (some don’t care for how they look), you can snip them as far down as you can and it’ll help the plant direct more energy towards growing more leaves. Flowers are a great sign of good health on this plant, though, so keep up the good work! 😉👍
