This is still my favorite syngonium, syngonium albo. Officially it’s labeled Syngonium albo variegatum ’marble’ on Steve’s Leaves website where I bought the first plant almost a year ago. This plant made me so happy I gradually bought 3 more! The vines waterfall over the edge of a pot making it excellent for a hanging basket. The leaves point upwards. So, it’s great in a pot on a shelf, as well. The leaf stems are a gorgeous pink and green ombré starting with pink at the base of the stem. I found the plant looked good even without repotting. I eventually put 2 in a well draining potting mix. I still have 2 in their original four inch pots. All plants are growing well. So, this plant is good for narrow shelves or where space is limited because they grow well in their 4 inch pots. They will need bright light, regular fertilizer and water when dry to keep them looking great. I underwater a lot this winter to avoid root rot since the plant is growing very slowly right now. The only downside is the cost. They are very popular and priced accordingly! A four inch pot starts from $35 to $50. I have paid more for things that did not make me this happy!🥰💕🪴

I love the half white leaves! Super cute!! I was seeing these on IG and it inspired me to get my marble pothos (the store didn’t have any syngoniums)

My local stores don’t carry these. I got them online.

Oh!! How was the shipping process? Did they arrive safe? I’ve seen some beauties online but was scared they’d showed up broken (knowing the. Post office up here)

Bought from Steve’s Leaves. They are one of the best. You can’t repot for 30 days per the store policy.

I love the idea of getting more of a plant you love! Sometimes I ask myself if I’m always chasing new rare plants because I love the plants or because I love the chase. I want to spend more time appreciating the ones I already have

These plant are so well behaved that I ignored them a bit the first few months. They were so small. I expected the first one to grow slowly. Plus, it didn’t quickly turn yellow or get dry tips if I forgot to water. It just drops a lower older leaf! I’m trying to do better because they took off with new growth since they survived the autumn famine!😄
