    What's your soil mixture ? Im having a hard time with my alocasia

      The same mix I use for all plants, some coarse stuff-perlite, bark, coco chips, charcoal and some fines-peat, castings, coco. Probably 50/50 coarse/fine. I use clear pots so I can monitor roots. They do drop older leaves often but I think that's not uncommon for alocasias, as long as the roots are good I know the plants good.
