I’ve just been really proud of my monstera recently I decided to get it a friend, a Thai constellation! First time owning a stable variegated plant so any tips would be awesome! 🫶

Of course! I wasn’t sure if some of this information only shows up with the planta subscription, but I have it so I figured I’d send the description of the plant on the app your way!

Literally all of it (jsyk). That’s so awesome, I was thinking of getting the subscription just for this plant actually so it’s a lot more helpful than you realize! Again thank you! 🫶

I recommend watering just when it reaches low moisture levels , you can use a moisture meter to check if needed , or plant in a clear pot to see better . I highly recommend the clear pot so you can see the root system , because it tells you so much about the plants health. They like extra chunky soil with lots of drainage , I use a perlite , orchid bark, and fox farm soil mix . I also add worm compost to the mix . I water roughly once a week or so with the ā€œWe The Wildā€ grow concentrate . These are prone to root rot so make sure it’s decently dry but not bone dry before watering , and also not sitting in water for too long. I bottom water mine with a large tray to make sure the water is getting directly to the roots . They like bright but indirect light , so you could place it a few feet away from the window or something like that. Hope this helps!
