    Love my tineke tree! Just bought a ruby red in hopes it thrives like my Tineke is.

      Agreed. And once you figure them out, they are super easy to care for. But OUI, I was going through it when I first got my Tineke. Lol

    Mine won’t grow a 5th leaf it’s perpetually stuck. I did chop off the top leaf as suggested to see if it will grow more but any tips are appreciated

    Hi there! Not sure what tips I could share but for my ficus I definitely try to give it as much light as I can, this summer I let it get pretty strong sun from a large east facing window. I try to let it dry out a bit more thoroughly before giving more water too. I mix my own soil blend for it when it comes time too pot. Otherwise I try to just leave it alone mostly haha it's one of my less needy plants.
