i recommend getting a moss pole for it :) those are roots and they will attach to the pole for support

I agree with the moss pole, but i can see you already have one. I do have some things to say, I attached a photo with some annotations to help. 1. The pink highlights I used show an arrow of the direction your plant is growing. In your case your plant is stemming out to the left. 2. The blue area is where your moss pole should be, because you want to support where your Ariel roots are growing. Where your moss pole is has no support for either of your plants. 3. The red circles are your Ariel roots, you want the moss pole on those so they can anchor onto the pole and continue to put out newer larger leaves. They naturally climb so you want to imitate that environment so they grow to their full potential. 4. The moss pole you have dries out quickly (i have the same on I bought off of Temu) the plants will not anchor into this moss pole, get a most pole that holds moisture so your plant can attach its Ariel roots.
