Meet Elmer! Got this Chinese Elm Bonsai from a local bonsai master about a month and a half ago. Started by overwatering him by accident. He yellowed and went through about half leaf drop. Since loosing those leaves I backed off on the watering schedule and he seems to be feeling better. Little buds have formed so I’m waiting for new leaves…about how long do you think till the canopy is restored?
