I had one that eventually died. What’s the secret to taking care of it and getting it to grow.

They need a big open window with lots of bright indirect light. I always get on the level of her and make sure she has a big view of the sky. I rotate her every other day and she also has a humidifier. I’ve had her since February :)

AlisonMine grew new leaves with no sunlight at all and just a humidifier pointed at it. Lol! The mystery continues!

That’s awesome!! Are they big leaves? I’ve been thinking about putting my second FLF in a lower light area

I got the tree when it was already 5 feet tall. Lol. Now it's taller with the big leaves! And they grew despite it being totally root bound! These plants are a mystery to me. Haha.

I repotted it a few days ago and am slowly acclimating it to the sunroom! Here are the "new" leaves hardened off.

GenoHow did you make it branch? I’ve tried everything — pruning, notching, etc but it just won’t 😭

Ooooo girl to be so honest I accidentally broke off the growth tips while cleaning it when I first got it. Eventually it branched. I do wish I had removed a leaf so it could’ve gone more to the side. I will say I didn’t see any change until I got my humidifier
