Beautiful plant! Ur post makes me feel better about mine! I got this same cultivar of dieffenbachia on the clearance rack. Had to cut almost all of it back and it is taking forever but finally I see a new leaf is coming in on mine as well.

Lloyd here seems very happy with my repot into better soil! Been a week and a half, or so, and no leaf drop drama!!!

Mine was repotted into a smaller pot recently and I'm pretty sure that's part of the reason it's finally starting to grow!
