Does this common ivy need repotting? Also how often should I rotate it? It’s about a foot from an east-facing window, blinds usually open during the day

    If your roots are sticking out of the bottom, it is definitely time to repot. I would rotate once everyday or every other. If you notice your plant is getting “crispy”, this means it’s getting too much sun
