Transitioning to outside! It’s a bit crowded but I’ll figure it out once they’re all able to stay out for the summer. Any tips for acclimating in MO, Zone 7?

    I’m doing the same! Zone 5 for me though 😂 I personally think crowding helps the acclimation period. Theoretically they create almost a micro climate where having them really close allows them to keep in more humidity and insulate the roots better than they would on their own. Don’t know if it’s hard science lol. But it’s what I do. Do you have a roof or shade over yours? It helps to not put them directly in the sun at first. If you have an unexpectedly cold night, I would try to cover them with something like a blanket, tarp, or drop cloth. If it’s really windy, they might need to come in temporarily. Otherwise you should be good to go!

      Thank you! The science makes sense to me lol These are in the shade. The sun comes around about a foot out so no direct sunshine yet
