My rare black colocasias just came in the mail. They ended up sitting an entire 6 days in transit when it was supposed to be 2 days. 2/3 of them came with corm rot, either from this shipping mishap or from the growers sending it with rot. Either way, I removed as much soft brown material from the corms and cleaned them up, dusted them with cinnamon, and now am letting them dry to callous those freshly exposed corms. I don’t have any 4” pots for them so unfortunately they get a small downsize to 3” pots for now. I would absolutely love some tips and recommendations for caring for these to ensure they have the best chance! For anybody curious the cultivars are Electric Blue, Black Lava No.1, and Psylocke.
