My new plant tissue cultures! I’ve had them for about 2 weeks now, I am happy they are doing great. Thai constellation Monstera and Red Anderson Philodendron. If anyone has any tips with TC’s please comment 😆

Awesome. The main thing with them is humidity. If i get them in bag/jar, I put in 100% humidity dones for 2 weeks. Then slowly crack ot open more and more each week. Then done off after about 4 weeks. I start mine in fluval, then go to soil media around 6-8 weeks. If they have trouble coming out of the humidity domes there's a product called Wilt Stop that works well.

Hi again, should I be keeping the medium moist daily or let it go a few days in between?

I keep mine under a done, so they stay at 100% humidity. So they are kind of always moist.

After 4 weeks they're kind of out in the open and they get watered normally. But they're still in 70-80% humidity
