Any tips on how to get it to bloom? I have one but it never bloomed before.

My original plant bloomed once with 14 buds. Water u til it runs through to liner than let it dry out. About a month. Mine is in an east window. Fertilize in spring. Good luck

My two are very large (6ft) and very old. They bloom regularly in summer. They get full sunlight until 11am. They are in bright shade around noon and partial sun in the afternoon. They get lots of hours of dark in the winter months. I believe it helps with the late spring and summer blooms. The plants never bloomed for years inside. I think it was all the fluorescent room lights around them plus the night lights that ran all night. I can force blooms in summer by not watering them for about 2-3 weeks. They will slightly wrinkle. But, they quickly recover if I don’t dry them too much. They put out flower buds shortly afterwords. The flower shown is wide like a dinner plate. Leaves are about 4” wide.

Flower only lasts a few hours in the middle of the night.
