I love Pilea, such a fun plant to keep. I got my first Pilea few years ago and it made so many babies!! you'll see the little pilea babies pop up around the mother plant, you can separate/repot the babies after some time and you get endless supplies of Pileas to gift...(so fun)
2 likesPileas are so fun and such a good starter plant! Honestly one of the easiest to keep alive ā I couldnāt kill it if I tried. Just make sure to keep it well watered and itāll be completely fine! As the other comment stated, the babies are going to be popping up like crazy and theyāre so fun to watch grow, and work as great gifts. Good luck! :)

I absolutely could have just had poor luck because this is somewhat contrary to some of the other comments, but my pilea needed WAY more sun than I thought. I had to be so careful about not overwatering because she only had indirect light, and she often had mold in the dirt and leaves because I wasnāt giving her direct light š« so I really recommend some strong light if you can provide it!
