Almost 4 months, I started the plant from a cutting with only 2 small leaves, I left it to start growing roots for about two months before I transferred it to soil. It grew new leaves within a month

looks like it needs some support, such as a pole or trellis. and if your leaves stop getting bigger thatโ€™s a good indicator you need a repot. have you joined the monstera group here?

Could I use a coco coir pole for this plant? Because I wasnโ€™t sure when to start implementing some support

coir poles seem to be the most popular choice but they donโ€™t need anything that fancy. an orchid stake or bamboo post would work as well. i also see many people put their monstera on trellises. whichever you choose, be sure to place the support on the back end of the plant. monstera plants have a โ€œfrontโ€ where the leaves grow from and a โ€œbackโ€ where the aerial roots grow
