My Tradescantia Jose Puig has done well since I got it in July. It arrived a bit skimpy. I cut in half six of the eight stems. I put the 6 stems right back into the pot after propagating in the water a few weeks. The roots are thin because these vines are thinner than other varieties of tradescantias. A purple heart tradescantia is shown in one picture for comparison. Jose Puig has small dark leaves with a neon green leaf edge on younger leaves. I moved the plant into a 6 inch pot. I moved it outside for full sun. I will take cuttings again in spring and again in summer to create a fuller pot.
