These are my two Dragon Tail plants, Epipremnum Pinnatum, a.k.a centipede tongavine and tibatib. It’s in the same family and genus of several plants including pothos and scindapus. I bought them small in 4 inch pots planning to train them on a pole in the same pot. The leaves transform into larger longer shapes only when the plant climbs. The stems are thick and feel more like bamboo. So, training it when it’s young and more pliable is a must. I will still try to train these. I recommend them because they are easy care when given bright light, higher humidity and fertilizer. They don’t like drying out too much. Young leaves are thick and shiny changing from elliptical shape to the split like a dragon’s tail.

Both the Epipremnum Pinnatum and the RD plants are casually called dragon tail. I’m positive these plants are both Epipremnum Pinnatum. RD plants look like these only when the young elliptical non-split leaves are out. RD plants develop holes like monstera that split into many sections. It’s sometimes called a mini monstera. EPs never develop holes. They split into whale tales very early. Then, split further as the grow. EP new leaves open up about an inch or more away from the last leaf. RD leaves grow wedged at the base of the last leaf like alocasias/monsteras. There are many more differences. Note, they are mislabeled all over the internet. You have to look carefully at the plant.
