This is the penultimate mention of the plants I stumbled upon over the weekend, but Iâm still a little wide-eyed. Astrophytum grown from seed, in a window, in Northern Utah. Respect. I repeated âwait, you grew these?â a few times until giving a âweâre not worthyâ gesture. I did hold back from asking to be adopted. This plant is straight-up sci-fi. Note my coffee mug. These plants are huge.
Thatâs incredible!! đđ So whatâs their secret? I could use me some of that for my green babies!
0 gillningar South window, watered once per month, and water with a syringe to keep the tops attractive. And maybe magic. I didnât pry too much because I was already at the point of mania lol.
1 gilla đ Thanks for the info! My windows are all south facing, so Iâll definitely try this when I plant my cactus seeds this fall. Fingers crossed! đ
