My alocasia Polly has finally put out a new leaf since I’ve got her a couple months back!!!!

    So yours is in a loose orchid mixture?

      It’s in peat moss soil mixture with some sphagnum moss on top to promote larger leaves!

    Maybe thats what mine needs ... it is currently hating life! Great for yours though!

      The loose soil along with the top layer of moss helps with the humidity and keeps the plants bottom stem moist making it more susceptible to putting out more leaves. I just recently added the moss after she was very stagnant in growth and did some research.
