My aunt gave me a clipping of her arrowhead a few months ago and it has just gone absolutely crazy! It is almost the size of the original plant! She said she is jealous I’m able to get it to grow so well so I’m trading her a clipping of my monstera

They both look great! I’m especially impressed with the pothos mountain that photo bombed the arrowhead plant! I’m assuming it’s a pothos. Is that one plant? It’s impressive.

It’s a golden pothos! It’s 26 years old and actually smaller than usual because I just cut about 30 total feet worth of runners off of it a few weeks ago! It’s all from one original plant but we have propagated and planted more into the pot a lot of times so it is huge!

How you cared for arrowheads I have 3 and it’s been hard to care for them

I haven’t really done anything special for them, I added a trellis as soon as they were big enough to climb and they seem to like it. I just made sure to replant them in good dirt and I water according to planta’s schedule

I can concur that good quality potting soil helps. I have a few varieties of arrowhead plants and they are doing well. I mixed 1/3 succulent mix with standard potting medium. I added a little cow manure after a month. I live in Zone 9 coastal with high humidity and the non stop heatwave. I water every single day because of the heat. Well draining soil is a must. Most of my plants are outside in bright light. All shaded from noon sun. But, some get filtered sunrise or sunset rays a couple of hours each day. None have been sunburned. Indoor plants grow slower, get water twice a week. And are right next to the window getting bright indirect light.
