favourite plants thread 🪴 what’s your favourite plant of all time? attach a photo if you own it, i’d love some wish list inspiration! it’s tough, but mine is the peperomia hope! i’ve attached a photo of mine. i recently cut it back to propagate & encourage new growth. it’s a simple plant, quick growing, and i’m a sucker for trailing plants with small, succulent leaves.
My favorite is probably my oxalis (though it’s a really difficult question)! I love anything with a pop of color

1 j'aime i’m fearful of plants with thin leaves. makes me think that they need humidity or special care haha.
1 j'aime Luckily this one is pretty hardy. I water it when it is almost completely dry (if i wait until it’s completely dry, the new growth dies). Other than that, east or west windows work great for it. Oh and if you repot DO NOT mess with the roots. I totally get what you mean tho, imperfections show much more on plants like this.

My favorite at the moment is my Provence lavender! Not much to see right now, I know, but it smells amazing and I hope it'll flower one day
oh cool, is it fuzzy? it’s interesting to hear what other people’s favourite plants are, especially since plant social media tends to make everyone like “trending plants”. typically my favourite plant at a certain time is just whatever is growing quickest for me ahaha.
2 J'aime Nah it's not fuzzy haha. Honestly same though, this one's been doing really well lately so maybe that's part of the reason why it's one of my favorites lol

I would be super sad if I lost this guy. He’s been growing so well for over a year. There is a table under there…somewhere.
oh my gosh, one of, if not the biggest prayer plant i’ve seen! i don’t know how you do it, i stay away from prayer plants haha 🫣
