    Aloe is pretty difficult to get to root. I’ve tried a couple times and they just rot at the bottom :/

    Yeah, aloe is a pain to root and it rots quickly during the process…also your aloe plant is so beautiful and blemish-free as-is; it would be a shame to hack it up!
