    Plant serotonin is a real thing. ❤️ My daughter and I call it "plant boost" as in "today was a bummer, I need a plant boost!" And then I go to the garden store to walk around or hang out in my garden or mess with my house plants. It's the best! (Don't worry, still on hella meds and therapy sessions, but we gotta take these little wins when we can, right?) Yeah for plants! 🌿❤️

      I call it “playing with my plants”. Sometimes I plant new plants, sometimes I repot plants. Sometimes I just sit and smile at what I have. It’s sooooo mood boosting and peaceful. All my life I was a plant serial unaliver but now I’m one with Mother Nature. Hehe

    It is a Butterfly Stripe plant and it’s just plopped in the large pot for now but it’s doubled in sized in a month so I guess I’m doing something right. Thank you!! Saw it and fell on love!!
