Iโ€™ve had this plant forever but itโ€™s struggling. Itโ€™s down to only 6 leaves. Any tips for better care so I can revive her?

Hello, Iโ€™m not sure I do anything special if Iโ€™m honest. As far as light is concerned I have her in a west window so she gets the end of the day sun, which seems to suit her perfectly and she was originally potted in succulent and cactus soil as Iโ€™d read somewhere this was good for them and for a while she did amazing it. Problem I had was going too long between waterings. I then transferred her into Westland potting mix and made it chunky with orchid bark (same brand) and perlite. Sheโ€™s recently flourished in this and has given me so many babbas! Water when sheโ€™s nearly dry and rotate her frequentlyโ€ฆ sheโ€™s pretty tolerant and I love her! โค๏ธ
