My silver brake fern is a little sad looking. I’ve had the plant a while, and feel that it looked fuller and greener in the past. It’s grown considerably, but lacks some vigor nowadays. The picture with a flag in the back was taken about one year ago and the other two pictures are current.

1 mi piaceThat’s what I thought as well, since it was originally in a southern window. I’ve since moved it to somewhere with less direct light, so hopefully that helps.
1 mi piaceOr over-watering perhaps?? Do you spray it with a water gun at all? They love a bit of misting especially if the air is very dry
1 mi piaceI used to water every four days or so, but reduced that to every seven or eight days. Being older, it’s had time to get really tall, so I cut it back a bit to encourage new shoots towards the base 🧐
