    Check for root rot and treat if needed. You might want a smaller pot depending on how big the root mass is (a pot about 1-2 inches larger than the roots is ideal.) The soil is visibly dry, so you can water it now, and might have an underwatering trend to adjust

      Thank you ! The roots look good & healthy so maybe i do under water it a lot.

    Increase the humidity and give it the right amount of sunlight and water and it should bounce back, but be patient. Mine has come back from one leaf but it took a while
