    This is a fishbone prayer plant and a lemon lime prayer plant, they are both fun

      I was thinking abt getting a lemon lime, but I also saw a calathia Dottie (?) It was almost black with red stripes, and it looks rlly pretty

      Calatheas can be finicky mine is still in triage and has been for a few months before finally showing signs of life again

      Stella is not easy at all! I’ve been fighting with spider mites and spots on the leaves. She has unalive herself three times already but she keeps coming back to live. I don’t know what to think of her 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Personally my first was the lancifolia (rattlesnake). It’s still my favourite to this day despite owning 20+! Never given me any issues and is super mobile with its leaves following the sun ☀️

    I have three. A lemon lime, a rattlesnake, and a Calathea network. I love all of them. They’re all a little temperamental, but they’re still hanging in there.

    I’ve got a white fusion and it gets spider mites every year but it’s hanging in there going on year 5 now. I wasn’t able to keep any other type of Calatheas alive. My issues are not having good humidity. It’s doing fine on tap water too

      I live in Florida where temp is high and humidity is the temperature cubed so I should be fine w that
