Need Help Please, these babies are in my bedroom indirect brite room but one’s leaves are crispy on edges even new leave coming out looks yellow. And my other the leaves look weird

    what type of water do you use for this plant? rain water is ideal, but if you have city water, it should at minimum be filtered for a healthy prayer plant. they’re very sensitive to excess minerals. after filtering i recommend adding a drop of aquarium water conditioner to dissolve the remaining chlorine/chloramines in the water. the chemicals in public water supplies are typically what causes the crispy and yellowing tips.

      sounds like there’s something else going on then. how long have you had the plant? how much water do you pour over the soil when you water? it’s possible the plant was watered with tap water before you got it and there’s excess minerals in the soil that just haven’t been flushed properly. i also would advise switching to rainwater or filtered/treated tap water in future as distilled water is very expensive and also quite harmful for the environment as it’s resource intensive and typically packaged in single use plastic.

    I purchased a distiller machine which was a little expensive but it saves money on continuously having to get distilled water from the store.
