   Get new dry soil and water a bit less, I’ve had trouble with this plant also!

   looks like overwatering yes. the soil looks like mud. get eyes in the roots and f there is anything salvageable i would get it into something airier and out of that plastic pot which doesn’t let excess moisture escape. it’s also really important not to get these fuzzy leaves wet when watering. also also, these will bloom little sunny yellow flowers like dandelions almost, and the blooms stink so bad like feet, you’ve been warned 😂
