My kerchoveana prayer plant keeps dying back all the long vines it produces every year, how can I get it to keep them and grow big?

    Increase humidity around the plant to 60% or more. Most effective ways are a growing cabinet or mini greenhouse, move the plant to a humid bright spot (bathroom?), or somehow increase humidity in the room (tricky if you live in a dry climate). Also, this can be caused by chlorine or chloramine in your water supply. You can let your tap water sit for 24 hours before watering to allow chlorine to evaporate (won’t work if your tap water is sanitized with chloramine), or use a water filter with carbon, or use decorinator drops (used in the aquarium hobby).

      My small bathroom gets more humid than the Amazon rain forest due to how much hot showers are taken in there and it has a roof window that receives bright indirect sunlight. So does this sound like a good place to put my prayer plant.
