This was the last Calathea I had that I hadn’t totally killed. Started using distilled water. I wish I had done it sooner 😣

    what water did you use before, tap?

      Tap, but with a conditioner. We have really hard water.

      i’ve used distilled water with all my plants cause i don’t trust the water, i think ours might be hard too. anyways i got my first calatheas on the 27th and im very new to plant parenting, one of them is thriving and the other one has some problem areas, people say they are very dramatic 😭 so im scared to kill mine lol

      my pin stripe calathea is wayyyy more dramatic than my calathea musaica. she’s thriving compared to the first one. and i bought them together smh. one always has to be more dramatic i guess 😭

    WOW that’s amazing, it’s beautiful. I water mine with tap that isn’t terribly hard and they do pretty well, but now I’m gonna try distilled and see if they do even better! 😀
