   these are one of my favorite plants. not exactly easy to care for but not too difficult. i wait for the new leaves to stop unfurling before i water again (the top 1/2” or so of soil is usually dry by this point), and always use rainwater or filtered and treated tap water. mine also lives right by the humidifier. keep the humidity above 50% to prevent crispy leaves

   Mine just died from root rot 🥲 make sure to use a well draining soil and keep humidity up. My humidity was not great so I thought I could compensate w misting and watering but the soil was not very well draining so the roots rotted and I couldn’t save it.
