Brought this little guy home today and he seems relatively healthy? I'm new to caring for plants and have been doing a lot of research. I didn't realize that curled leaves could mean underwatering. Is that why I have some curled leaves on my plant, or is that how new leaves start out? Also, some brown tips to the leaves that seem to have gotten worse throughout the day. I'm thinking about taking him to our bathroom for a few days to see if humidity helps. I haven't watered him today because his soil is pretty moist. Any care advice?

    The curled leaves is how they come out!! They say this plant likes distilled water that’s what I give mine. Also I have mine in the bathroom. I have heard the dried leaves has to do with humidity as well. Yours looks good!!

      Thank you! I figured that they may start out like that, until I went online. lol I made a small pebble tray and sat it on top of it. I seen others do that for humidity. I'm not sure it will help all that much, but gonna give it a shot!

      I haven't watered yet, but I've been watering my other plants with purified water. Will that be ok?

      Yes. Some kind of purified water is what these prefer

      Thank you! I made a pebble tray and sat him on top of it. I'm not sure if it will help too much or not. If all else fails I guess I'm sending him to the bathroom. lol

      I've seen people say not to mist for humidity. If I bought a true mister, would that help? Or should I avoid misting all together?

      You’d be better off with a humidifier or keeping in a place with higher humidity, like a bathroom or in a dome
