Hi folks! Just finished assembling my Milsbo, but Iâm definitely not going to fit anything useful through the tiny hole in the back. What have yâall done to put in a bigger porthole? Any recommend resources online? TIA! Cabinet plant installation in progress!

Here are my open air grow stands. Itâs 2 systems stacked. I replaced the lights it came with for (4) Barrina panels, (4) Barrina strips and (3) Sansi bulbs. They are significantly stronger than the original lights it came with. Iâm considering adding another unit or maybe even 2 in another room.

I had no idea people were using glass cabinets for growing! How do you circulate airflow to bring in fresh air?

I really want to create an indoor greenhouse so my toxic plants can be out on display but also away from the pets and in a good environment. Iâm looking at a Milsbo because Iâve seen those are common. Are there any other options I could look into since Iâm on a budget?

This is Mini Greengouse âșïž another one from IKEA (I donât recall their name for the cabinet) and sheâs great! She does not maintain humidity like my bigger cabinets because the bottom is a tray and not airtight, but that makes her a good place to acclimate plants to lower humidity from my bigger cabinets! Sheâs got a tiny humidifier for when I need to boost the humidity, but typically watering the plants is more than enough to bring it up!

This is my IKEA tall Milsbo, House of Dragon, and sheâs mostly for plants that need higher humidity. I also have the bottom shelf exclusively for some philos. My longterm plan is to have them grow up the back of the cabinet đ€© Sheâs equipped with grow lights, a humidifier and a fan âșïž

So this is House of Cards, and is mainly used for new plants and propagation. I do have some lemon trees started from seed as well as avocado trees started from pits that live in the bottom âșïž itâs a tall milsbo from ikea outfitted with a humidifier, fan, and grow lights âșïž

Iâll jump in for the inaugural post đ. I recently bought a Milsbo new but discovered a Fabrikor on local FB marketplace. Other than aesthetics is one or the other of these a better choice for plant cabinet conversion? Random pic just for funsies (these kids will not be hanging out in the cabinet this winter!)
