Just wanted to ask anyone with the Milsbo tall about your shelving. I think I’m going to have to pull the entire thing apart and reorganize the layout bc valuable real estate is being missed. And I want to upper level to get much more humidity than it currently is. Anyone with pics of their empty set up?
I just got some acrylic shelves from an Etsy shop, onewoodthink. I like the shelving so far- it has ventilation holes (optional, and you can choose the design of the ventilation holes), you can get a shelf that spans the entire level vs 1/2 shelf or 2/3 shelf. As for humidity, I utilized pebble trays and put some plants on little pebble mounds to water the pickier plants and increase the overall humidity. My hygrometer in my milsbo tall stays at 85%. I have two AC fans running constantly and I added weatherstripping to my cabinet to help with moisture retention, but otherwise the humidity comes from the pebble trays and the plants (so more plants will help increase humidity, too).
