Newbie mistake, maybe...? I got one of those IKEA Akerbar "greenhouses" and mounted a 2ft Barrina T5 inside it.... THEN noticed those lights are only ok with humidity up to 80%. I could just roll with it, as I'm not using it for super sensitive plants, but I'm wondering if I should just take it out and mount it over the top. Any thoughts?

I mean, did you seal it? What humidity are you getting? I have different types of barrina, including t5 in upwards of 86% and they are fine. I do have fans circulating too though. But not always all the time
0개 좋아요 Mounting it over top brings several concerns, additional height as well as diffusion through the glass
좋아요 1개 Humidity around 70% but ideally I'd like more. I haven't sealed it, just stopped a few gaps here and there so it's not tight but not as drafty as it could be. I have a tiny little USB fan in there too.
