My soul dog, River, passed away a month ago, and I finally got this Sansevieria/Snake Plant “Whitney” to help memorialize her. I wanted a plant that reminded me of her- something strong, stoic, resilient, beautiful, and striking. I love how they represent protection as well; my sweet girl definitely always protected me. It lives right next to her urn and shadowbox in my bedroom window where it should be very happy. 🐾💕
