LearningPlantMomBugs?!!!!! insecticidal soap, neem oil, or a mix of soap and water, or even physically removing the bugs with a cotton swab dipped in rubbing alcohol or vegetable oil. For soil-borne bugs, you may need to repot your plant with fresh soil and potentially use a hydrogen peroxide solution or diatomaceous earth

BigGracI second using 70% isopropyl alcohol as a spot treatment - it kills them on contact. Other methods can take a little bit to work

SummerPrevious comment from LearningPlantMom is a good plan! If you wanna go really simple, you can use JUST water 💦 but you’ll need a strong jet to spray them all off. To avoid breakage, put your palm ✋ beneath the leaves 🍃 before spraying. Also be sure you sequester this plant 🪴 so it’s no where near another 🪴. These little aphids (the white bugs) like to spread quickly, & they 💗 new growth! If you have a succulent they tend to prefer new growth on these I’ve found. Finally, I’ve had Lots of success keeping them gone after the initial bath by spraying White Vinegar on the plant. Not forever, just immediately after. 🍀 to you! Great Q!!! 👍

fueyThis is a mealy bug. They are very sticky and you may want to hose your plant or otherwise spray it. Make sure you sanitize the areas around where it was with a disinfectant.

BreeI have used rubbing alcohol (misting/spraying it directly on my plants after spot removing them with a q-tip) without any issues. That method has worked for me since my succulent addiction in 2018 lol!
