We canât have indoor plants anymore because the cats dig in them! Anyone know how to fix this???

Kakes!cover with river stones, the bigger the better. i also put some double sided tape across the pot so the cat couldnât touch the soil- only the tape

MulleinTheoretically you can make a shield over the pot with tin foil. Some cats hate touching it, but some donât and will just pull it off. Itâs tricky. Some cats are just so dang determined to commit mayhem lol

Thank you so much, mine definitely are the committed type đ€Šđ»ââïž moved the plant to three different rooms and they still found it đ€Šđ»ââïž will definitely try this

Figures! đč My old girl is almost 18 and she still knocks everything off of surfaces when she wants attention. She will also jam herself into my arms for hugs lol. Sometimes sheâs too much, but I love her so dang much anyways. Iâm SO LUCKY she doesnât show interest in plants, because she could ruin me if she wanted to lol. I hope things work out with yours! đž

HeatherCats HATE tape. They hate the feel of it on their paws. I would get some heavy duty double sided tape, like the kind you can hang pictures with. Gorilla glue has a good one. I would put it across the planter, like from side to side if you can. Once they feel that sticky tape I think they will learn they donât like that dirt anymore.
