Hi friends I just this morning realized my dog has been eating my asparagus fern. I don’t know if this was a one time thing because I haven’t noticed any damage to the plant but I found some chewed up leaves. Planta says it’s toxic to cats and dogs. What do I do! She is a mini poodle and I found around a tablespoon. I feel so bad that I didn’t put them higherâ˜č.

    That is not a fun way to start the morning! I would call your vet, and also look up more about what “toxic” means in this case. Sometimes it means “will irritate their mouths so they spit it out” or “Will cause some tummy issues”. I know the ASPCA has a pretty good online database. I hope it all turns out well for you and your puppy đŸ¶ 💚
