My ficus Benjamina has these singular white specks. I thought it might be a pest but can’t figure it out. They dont move and mostly found at the base of a leaf. I sprayed with soapy neem oil mixture and let it sit for a few days in quarantine but I’m still finding these things on some of the leaves. Any ideas?
