I’d say if it grew from a corm it’s not likely to be an anthurium, as anthurium usually grow from seeds. It’s a bit hard to differentiate between similar alocasia when they’re young but I think the app is probably close/right in suggesting the alocasia sinuata. Possible it could also be a dragon scale but I’m no expert.
